By entering and using the www.Yourshare.com.au website and related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the YourShare ‘Terms and Conditions’. Your continued use of the YourShare website constitutes an affirmative acknowledgement and agreement by you that you accept and agree to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions and any subsequent modifications.

The www.yourshare.com.au website is provided by YourShare Financial Services Pty Ltd, ACN 122 332 503 (‘YourShare’).

1.3
Use of the YourShare web site, and services and YourShare membership is free. YourShare may monitor use of, limit, or withdraw its services in part or in whole at any time without prior notification and at its complete discretion. YourShare may do this on an individual basis or across all YourShare members.


General Warning

The YourShare website and services are non-advisory services. YourShare does not make any recommendations or endorsements of financial products or their suitability to the individual. All information contained in this website is general information only and does not take into account an individuals objectives, financial circumstances or needs. If you are not comfortable with making your own financial decisions you should contact a licenced financial advisor. You should always research and read thoroughly the Product Disclosure Document (PDS) of any financial product you are contemplating investing in.

Each fund provider and financial institution is responsible for the information contained in their Product Disclosure documents, YourShare has no influence over the content of the disclosure documents and does not endorse or guarantee the performance of any financial products or make an offer or recommendation with respect to any financial product.

Fee's
3.1
YourShare rebate 100% of all initial commissions and entry fees on new investments and regular investment plans received from your fund providers (managed investments, superannuation, allocated pension, Wraps / Master Trusts) as additional units within your selected fund(s). A small number of fund providers do not allow for additional units to be allocated in place of the initial commissions and entry fees – In this instance YourShare will rebate any initial commission or entry fee amounts received as part of your year 1 YourShare Yearly Cash Back service.

3.2
When you nominate YourShare as your broker on existing financial products, or when you purchase a financial product through YourShare all ongoing trail commissions received by YourShare from your financial institutions will automatically participate in the YourShare Yearly Cash Back service for as long as YourShare is your nominated broker on your investment products. These ongoing fees / commissions can be up to 1.2% of the current value of your investments every year.

3.3
YourShare charges a % of the Trailing Commissions collected on your behalf for administering the Yearly Cash Back Service. The % charged depends on the total amount of the Trailing Commissions collected on your behalf each year across all financial products in your name, where YourShare is your nominated broker. The YourShare charge ranges from 30% to 50% of the total trail collected. The table below sets out how each members YourShare yearly cash rebate payment is calculated:

YourShare may receive fees for advertising on this site and within emails and newsletters.

3.5
YourShare will usually have a financial interest in the outcome or success of the offers of financial products mentioned on this website by way of commission payment for subscribed financial products obtained through PDS’s requests and downloaded from this website.
