Referral Fees
Real Estate agents and Property Manager will often pay a referral fee if you
bring business to them. If you are referred through YourShare, we could collect
this referral fee and add it to your Yearly Cash-Back Service.
It is important that you do not contact the real estate agent beforehand as this
voids any referral fee we can collect for you.
If you nominate an area or the real estate agent you wish to use we'll contact
them and arrange an appointment with you.
Once your property has been leased or sold, YourShare will be able to collect the
commissions on your behalf and refund them to you.
