Terms and Conditions – October 2011 - ACRF Donation promotion
1.1
The $50 donation promotion is available only to applicants over 18 years of age.
1.2
Clients become eligible for the $50.00 donation promotion when they register an eligible financial product(s) with YourShare Financial Services and return a signed broker nomination form/s to YourShare.
1.3
Eligible registrations for the $50.00 donation promotion will be contacted via email by the 20th December 2011 and YourShare will pay $50.00 on behalf of each eligible client to the Australian Cancer Research Foundation by the 29th February 2012. ACRF will directly provide a tax receipt to each eligible registrant for their $50 donation through YourShare Financial Services. To be eligible, clients must successfully submit a signed broker nomination form, with promotion code ACRF OCT 2011 via email, fax or post between 29th September 2011 and 31st October 2011.
1.5
Registrants will be notified by the 20th December 2011 that YourShare will be making the donation to ACRF on their behalf by 29th February 2012.
1.6
All broker nomination forms via email, fax or post are to be received by 31st October 2011 or, if posted, signed forms must be received with the envelope postmarked on or before 31st October 2011.
1.7
One entry per person for the $50 donation promotion.
1.8
The $50.00 donation will be clawed back if the client choses to withdraw their registration with YourShare.com.au within 12 months.
1.9
The YourShare Yearly Cash-Back account operates as a collection point for all the trailing fees and commissions YourShare.com.au collect across the financial products you have registered. Each year clients receive 50% of all trailing fees and commissions collected up to $295, and 100% above that amount EVERY YEAR“
