How to purchase a new Cash Management Trust through YourShare

Take the following steps:

Step 1. Find the CMT you are interested in with the Find a Fund tool.

Step 2. Download the PDS (product disclosure statement) and application with the Find a Fund tool. Read it carefully and seek professional advice if required. If you would like a "fee for service" adviser to contact you, please use the request contact link.

Step 3. Complete the application form in the PDS. Attach a cheque or payment details and all other customer identification details as specified. All payments are made out to the fund manager, not YourShare.

Step 4. Post the application form to YourShare so we can add the YourShare Dealer Stamp.

We refund the referral fee from your real estate agent

How it works

Real estate agents pay a referral fee. If you are referred through YourShare, we collect this referral fee and add it to your Yearly Cash-Back Service.

  • It is important that you do not contact the real estate agent yourself. This voids any referral fee we can collect for you.
  • You can tell us, which real estate agent you wish to use, or let us nominate a real estate agent in your area.
  • We contact the real estate agent and arrange a visit or appointment with you.

Selling your home

We collect the referral fee once the property has been sold and add it to your Yearly Cash-Back Service.


Renting a property

Property Managers may also pay referral fees for property management services.

Like we do with selling agents, we can collect a referral fee from a property manager (who you have not previously contacted) and add it to your Yearly Cash-Back Service.
