How Much Commission

The average mortgage has year one commissions of 0.6% of the loan amount, and ongoing annual commissions of 0.2%. Commission rates vary between products.

YourShare will rebate to you 50% of the year one commissions we receive and all trailing commissions received will be added to your Yearly Cash-Back account. Average commissions on a $250,000 mortgage are $1,500 year one and $500 annually there after.

Steps To Make A New Margin Loan Through YourShare

1. Decide on the margin loan you are interested in.
2. Request the PDS and Application from YourShare.
   Use the YourShare Find a Fund tool to request the PDS and application form, or conatct YourShare on 1300 554 774.
3. Read the PDS carefully.
   Seek professional advice if required. If you would like contact from a truly fee-for-service professional adviser, please use the request contact link.
4. Complete the Application form in the PDS.
   Attach a cheque or other payment details as specified. (Please ensure you attach all customer identification documents as requested by the fund manager. And all payments are made out to the fund manager and not to YourShare)
5. Post the application to YourShare for checking and to ensure the YourShare dealer stamp is applied.
